1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing, activating, or using any service provided by Kaps Line ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED Kaps Line provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related digital services. Services are provided on a prepaid subscription basis and activated upon receipt of payment.
3. PAYMENT & BILLING All fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle selected. Invoices are generated automatically and are due on or before the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. REFUND POLICY We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans for first-time purchases only. Domain registrations, renewal fees, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: (a) violate these Terms; (b) are used for illegal activities; (c) send unsolicited bulk email (spam); (d) consume excessive server resources affecting other users; (e) host malicious scripts, phishing pages, or content that violates Indian law.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY You agree NOT to use our services for: illegal file sharing or piracy; distribution of malware or viruses; hosting adult content without prior written approval; mining cryptocurrency; sending spam or unsolicited commercial emails; any activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) or applicable laws.
7. UPTIME & SERVICE AVAILABILITY We target 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Downtime caused by client-side issues, DDoS attacks, third-party outages, or force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations. Service credits, if applicable, are provided at our sole discretion.
8. DATA & BACKUPS While we perform periodic backups on eligible plans, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss. Backups provided are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You retain ownership of all content you upload. By hosting with us, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to our software, infrastructure, branding, and systems.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaps Line's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, data, or business.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 7 days after publication on our website. Continued use of services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
